02Personal data we process
When you use the contact form we process the name, organisation (optional), email address, phone number (optional), topic and message you share. To prevent misuse of the form, your IP address is kept in a counter that expires after about an hour; a shortened part of your IP address (for example 192.0.2.0/24) and your browser information are stored with your request.
03Purpose
Your personal data is processed only to answer your request, to contact you about it and to keep the form secure. It is not used for marketing.
04Legal basis and collection
Your data is collected electronically through the contact form on this website. The legal bases are your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5(1)) and the data controller's legitimate interest in answering your request (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
05Transfers
Form submissions are stored on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers we use for hosting. This may constitute a transfer abroad under KVKK Art. 9 and relies on your explicit consent. Your request is also forwarded by e-mail to our company mailbox so that we can answer it. Your data is not otherwise shared with third parties, except with competent authorities where the law requires it.
06Retention
Your personal data is kept for 2 (two) years after your request is closed, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
07Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request its correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
08How to apply
Send requests about your rights through the contact form, choosing “Data protection request” as the topic, or in writing by post to: BROTECH Software, Kütahya Teknokent, Kütahya, Türkiye. Requests are answered free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
09Cookies
This site has no visitor tracking, no advertising and no third-party analytics. When you change the language with the switch at the top of the page, one first-party preference cookie named “lang” (value “tr” or “en”, kept for one year) is stored in your browser so that the site opens in the same language on your next visit. It does not identify you, holds no personal data and is not shared; you can delete it in your browser settings at any time.
