BroBot 2.0 ships and BroBot Cloud goes live

On 20 October 2026, BroBot 2.0.0 opened our first commercial software line, and BroBot Cloud, with its manufacturer console and customer portal, went live the same day.

On 20 October 2026 we started BroBot's first commercial software line with release 2.0.0, and BroBot Cloud, our fleet platform, went live the same day. BroBot Cloud brings the manufacturer console, the customer portal, the robot's remotely opened panel, over-the-air updates and backups together in one place.

The commercial line covers the releases of the robot software that go into the field. Every change that reaches a robot first passes automated tests, mutation testing for new tests and desktop simulation.

The manufacturer console is where our team follows the robots in the field: the fleet overview, events, support sessions, releases, the team, an audit log and a health card for each robot. The customer portal is the window for the organisation that uses the robot: dashboards, a monthly report that downloads as a PDF, push notifications and an electrical system page that shows the power system down to the battery cells. The console and the portal share one design language, BroBot One.

With BroBot Cloud, the robot's full panel can be opened remotely and the robot can be given tasks remotely. New releases install over the air and can be rolled back if needed. An encrypted backup is taken every night and kept both on the robot and off-site in AWS.

One rule shapes the connection: the robot's internal network never leaves the robot. The cloud talks to it only through its web API and AWS IoT Core.
